Uncle Lim's Kitchen is the famous restaurant on the island. It only open for dinner from 7pm onward. I actually pre-booked the dinner here upon confirmation on my reservation. The selling point at Uncle Lim's Kitchen is seafood where we are .. ... not a fans of it. I'm allergy to most seafood other than fish. No doubt, the menu is impressive (so does the price), yet we only order for those that I can consume safely.
Photos were quite bad in quality partly due to the dim lighting in Uncle Lim's Kitchen ..... and clumsy me forgot about my CPL filter was another reason. I felt sorry for the delicious food.
Uncle Lim's special sauce fish? I think ~ come in either fillet or whole fish. We chose fillet
vegetable with scallop sauce ~ the amount of scallop was extremely generous until I can't source the vegetable
soup ~ again, I can't recall what soup was this. Tiny portion, great taste. Shall just order for 2 soups instead

Uncle Lim's Kitchen might be a heaven for seafood lover. We did not order much seafood, but judging from the huge and fresh scallop on top of vegetable, that's an A+ quality. Fish fillet was pretty good as well. Of course, it will be perfect if the dessert can perform better.
