Gantetsu, One Utama

We were again in 1U Shopping Mall, suppose just to have a weekend time off together and went off at lunch time having some other stuff out of mall. Oh well, we were late and decided to have a brunch instead. I suggested Puran B since its a brunch right? My mate on the other hand craving for ramen. Hence, we were again in Gantetsu for his favourite Tonkotsu Ramen.

Tonkotsu Ramen

I don't plan to get another ramen, indeed I was looking at the don available. Maybe a Char Siu Don will be a good choice since the portion looks slightly smaller.

Char Siu Don

This is a definite sinful awesome bowl of serving. The warm Japanese rice covered with a layer of porky which again covered with mayonnaise topping. Not forgotten about the pouch egg at the side. I punched on the egg, mixed it with the rice together with the mayonnaise. Even my mate can't resist on this dish. He keeps 'sharing' it with me ~

  Guess this will be our main order on next visit.
