Bravo Burger, 發福廚房 - 意想不到的組合

Since there is no plan for today, so, I decided to make it as a jalan-jalan cari makan day. We will just walk around, looking for highly recommend restaurant from internet. There is where Bravo Burger came in mind, I know they made special burger, with peanut butter topping.

發福廚房地點不難找, 而且, 運氣好的我們, 抵達的時候也已過了用餐的高峰時段. 又不用跟人爭桌位了. 發福廚房人多的時候, 是會採取用餐時限的. 我們是唯一的客人, menu拿上來時, 我也只是隨便翻翻, 反正都知道吃什麼了嘛. 花生醬牛肉漢堡, 另點mozzarella cheese stick.

The mozzarella cheese sticks were served hot and crispy. It can be pull until quite a long distance, we played around with it for a while, waiting for our burger to arrive. It arrived right after we finished our cheese sticks, is the timing been calculated? Who cares? The burger looks so tempting. The cheese was half melted over the beef burger.

那牛肉可是貨真價實, 約一吋厚的牛肉, 咬下去, 可是鮮嫩又多汁. 帶點甜的花生醬上還撒上了煎得略焦的咸肉碎, 甜甜咸咸的, 還可以吃到脆脆的咸肉. 一口把漢堡要下去, 肉汁四竄, 口感一流.

We enjoyed our late lunch very much. The burger was done medium raw and it goes well with the peanut butter. I think, one burger is just enough, more than that, it will feel too muaky.
