Plan B, Bangsar Villange I

We supposed to enjoy our New Year breakfast here, however, we missed it and need to postpone it to a week later. Better than none, at least we are trying to make this happen, even we need to purposely drive to Bangsar in the morning and back to PJ after that. I was cheated by the information provided online where it stated Plan b. is open for business at 8am. Luckily I did not kicked my mate out from bed at 7am in the morning to make my breakfast happen exactly on the stated business time. phewww~ ~

We arrived at Bangsar Village about 845am, walking around Village Grocer (the only shop open during that time)for about 20minutes waiting for Plan b. to open for business at 9am. So, now we know that it is open at 9am not 8am ... We did glance through the long list of menu and selected our breakfast while waiting (pass time ma ~) We placed our order right after we were seated.

Waiter put this on our table together with 2 glasses. It really looks alike with the chemical bottle or it is a chemical bottle? We like this idea, Plan b. provides sufficient water supply for people like us, that drinks a lot of water. Usually we were served with a glass of water, but we had about 1L here. We finished it though ~ ho ho ho ~

Egg Royale

I was choosing among Egg Ben or Egg Royale, yet I went for the Royale because of the smoke Salmon slices. Lovely serving! Poached eggs are perfectly done. Hollandaise sauce is rich and buttery, while the Salmon brought out the salty taste. Although there are salt and black pepper available on table, nothing extra  needed for this dish. It tasted so wonderful with the blend of its original flavor.

My mate super Breakfast Platter was served together. This is a good point to judge if the restaurant is well managed. Plan b. does it well as our coffee were served together too. Coffee to be serve together with meal is my personally preference, yet some would like to have it after meal (this did not been ask while we placing order ...)

My mate no doubt selected a breakfast platter with his choice of eggs (he chose scramble), toast, sausage, baked beans, sauteed mushroom, turkey bacon, hash brown and roasted tomato. What a generous plate it is! Foods were all above average, very delicious and freshly prepared. Oh, this platter come along with a glass of orange juice and a Long Black coffee. Coffee is very thick. My mate went crazy by adding the full small jug of milk and a spoon full of brown sugar. Guess what ... ... does not change the taste much ....

As for me, I ordered for a single origin of Ethiopia Sidamo. I was attracted by the smooth floral aroma of this coffee since the first time I tasted it. It is now one of my favorite single origin. 

The meal at Plan b. worth its price, we are very satisfy with the environment and food quality. At least there is a green light from my mate that we can come back for breakfast once in a blue moon.
